CVS pharmacy

My wife called in for her meds 3 days ago and one of the 2 was filled she was told the other was ordered and was but no time frame on when it would be ready. Then a Customer Support member spoke to the store and a Certain Pharmacy worker that has Created Many issue's and was told the meds are there but would not be ready till after 12 noon on 11/21. Now on 11/21 we get a message that the meds are out of stock and on order no time when it will be in.. The Customer Support member had a Ticket number created for this so to follow up. This type of issue and other's that were much worse have gone on for 2 years...

CVS pharmacy

I have two issues: 1) My husbands's prscription refill app said it would be ready after 1pm on Saturday. When I arrived, there was no record of it. and had to be re-submitted. Where is the initial request? 2) After trying to contact them by telephone several times, I went in to pick up a refill and casually asked if there were any shingles shots. The response was positive but, since I had a flu shot two weeks earlier I woud not be able to get the shingles shot. I was told to come back after a certain date and one would be set aside for me. I even asked if they were sure and I was totally reassured I would be able to get it. I even left my prescription with them. When I returned there was no shingles shot and no record whatsoever of my request. I was told to keep calling or coming back. You know it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone by phone .
