CVS prescription meds

I have never been so angry! I went to my regular cvs store in cedartown, they were out of my pain medicine. Stated it would be 2 weeks before they had it back in (out of forms). I asked them where I could get them filled. I then tried walmart, they wouldn't fill because I use cvs! I called the cedartown store back for some help she the told me to go to cvs on maple street in rome ga. I drove 20+ miles to cvs in rome. Cvs there wouldn't fill my scripts because my doctor is "out of town"! That is just crazy! I finally ended up driving another 30+ miles to go back to the town where my doctors are (cartersville, ga)! They filled them, finally!
I do not understand the issue with narcotic meds, if u have the multi-security paper and a id why couldn't any cvs fill my meds?! I'm in your computer system, they can see the last date filled an that I fill them every month! This doesn't make sense! A normal trip to my pharmacy took over 2 hours and 60+ miles out of my way!
If you take these type meds for years, you cannot do without them! Not only would you be in withdrawals but could possibly die! I think your rules need to be rethought for people who actually do not abuse their meds!

I have pain med script for over 3 years now .Cvs on bankhead hwy.Carrollton ga.Told me were out of meds and could
not order untill monday because new pharmacy manager wouldnt be in untill 8am missing man from manufacture
who gets in earlyer .Today is thursday.Was told meds wouldnt be available untill next wednesday or thursday.Also
couldnt tell me where i could script filled in one of their other stores but to have dr. send script to other pharmacy.

CVS harassment

CVS manager

I went into CVS on Cloverdale to return some items, (a wrist brace, a black ace bandage roll, and a set of magnetic eyelashes) and to get change for a $5 bill, which I had all of the items in a little white bag. I also had another roll of black ace bandage that was opened that I couldn't return because the packaging was missing. I got a store credit and also got change for a $5 bill. I put the change in the little white bag I had, and the black ace bandage was still in my hand. I looked around the store, picked up some eyeliner, realized it was pencil not liquid, put it down, walked down another aisle and then left to go back to work. I'm not sure at what point I put the ace bandage that was open back in the purse or little white bag I had with me. Later, the manager named Adam, called my job, and not knowing it was me that answered the phone, proceeded to start accusing me of stealing from his store, saying the items I returned were questionable, and that I picked something up but there was a glitch in the video and when I turned down the other aisle the item was gone and that I left the store really fast. He then said that if I stole from him, that my manager needed to watch me because I might steal from him. He said that he wanted my manager to call him so he could tell him what he had just told me. I could lose my job over this situation. I had someone return his phone call, and Adam proceeded to tell this person the same thing, saying that he thought I stole from CVS but the glitch in the tape he couldn't be 100% positive. He told this person that he needed to watch me and that he didn't want to see me back in that CVS anymore. He told this person the items I returned were questionable as well. Since when does a brace, an ace bandage and some magnetic eyelashes become "questionable"? My daughter had surgery on her hand and had lost her brace, so I bought her one from CVS with an ace bandage to bandage her fingers, but she went to her doctor and got a replacement brace, so I returned the one I had bought.

First off, it's defamation of character to accuse someone of stealing with no proof. The fact that he called my job to tell my manager that he thought I stole from him is not only wrong, but illegal. I am seriously considering sueing not only CVS, but this manger named Adam.

I have pictures of my daughters surgery on her hand as well as pictures of the brace she had to replace.

Been with cvs pharmacy for many many years, I have never been treated so unprofessionally or rudely. I hate complainers!!!, but can't let this one go. The reason that I like CVS is because I have always had such great customer service with everyone there. They have all gone above and beyond to give me the best prices checking all the good RX and just going above and beyond. CVS generic crap drugs from india (aurobindo)

CVS is buying the cheapest drugs from Indian drug company Aurobindo. Aurobindo has had constant quality control problems which means crappy drugs that DO NOT WORK! CVS has always been a snake of a pharmacy by charging insurance companies more than the cash price. Also, they will charge customers their co-pay, even if the drug costs less than the co-pay. The generics that CVS is buying and selling are of questionable quality. I am transferring to another pharmacy.
