On the 28 of April at 3.45 pm me and my kids went to roselands shopping centre to have some dinner as we come every day to roselands I was on the table next to my two children and the cleaning lady approached my kids while them eating dinner saying why did you spill water on the floor which mind you we just arrived eating our food she than hit the chairs around saying she doesn’t care if we complain about her as I told her that’s not nice to say that we did that we did not do this and Ii will complain and she replied im not scared so than I asked for her name she said sarkas

Am in Shocked till now of how those managers ( Daren White and his boss I forgot his name and I don’t want to remember or see their faces ) spoked to me in worst language and rude and unacceptable and inappropriate unprofessional approached of my complaint

They hanged phone twice in my face

Show no respect

Show no remorse

They are not human punch of criminals running the centre

I request full review and investigation in their stupid behaviour with customer

I felt because of stupidity of employees of that centre management

On 7/2/2020 i visit Roselands shopping centre in Sydney around 11:00Am

This matter being for such long time hasn’t been dressed properly

Wasn't any wet sign or Matt on floor when was storm and heavy rain outside

The elevator or escalator was old and was water in it u can see dripping water

I felt over and I got hurt and I suffered neck pain shoulder discharge and knee pain and back pain

I reported straight a way to centre security after I called centre management

I reported to my doctor

And i got examining of the injuries and Xray

No even letter of apology or phone call either nothing

Seriously

I spoked to them two days ago they rude argent they running farm not shopping centre punch of Thugs

They out of caricature

Big boss told me thats ur fault even if their are no sign u idiot enough to be cautious when u walk in centre,,,!?

Thats big boss of centre management

How in earth he talking to people like that

How in earth they got the bloody such important job

No customer service no respect customers no even care

Am requesting full review in this case

And I need writing apology and to be compensated

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the fact that Roselands ground level car park was closed to Muslims only yesterday. I have a 90 year old mum that finds it hard to walk after being shopping around your centre and the fact that she then had to walk either up the ramp or the stairs makes me mad. What do you have to say for yourselves? What is the reasoning behind this

There's always a "customer greeting person" stands in front of baskets. Regardless the function of the role, there's one Asian lady (not the Indian one) who's always staring at people who grabs basket. The feeling is so awkward because she stands there just do nothing much but stares at people. When we grab the beaker, she never says anything but with a dropping face and no smile. Why Coles Roselands has to hire someone extra to "survey" customers? There's already a security man standing outside. Never have similar situation when going to other Coles. Is Roselands so relax and got nothing else to do?
