I went to pick up my son's medication 9/8/25 I had called (because they did not call or text as we are on the auto fill and call/text list) I was told that there was a med ready for pickup so we had some medical appointments so we went later I said I have a pickup for my son and was told there wasn't anything I said I had just called and they said there was she gave it to KENDALL LITTLEFIELD, PMANAGER, she goes on to ask the name and couldn't even spell our last name she said it was ready in August and they returned it to the shelve on the 13th because it wasn't picked up I said we never got a call or text so how were we to know it was even ready her reply was check you phone we called I told her I have not had any thing from CVS then you need to call your phone company she was so rude and I told her do you know how rude you are and she said yes she does and I could wait 15 to 20 mins and she might get it ready for me I told her I had a grandson I had to get home for and she said very rudely or should I say snottily guess you will just have to come back won't you. There was another worker that came out looked at her and then at me and started filling the prescription there was customers there and she just got louder and told I will transfer this up to Syracuse and my husband so no I don't think you will with out our approval to him she said very rudely oh yes I will I am the Pharmacy Manager and I will do it. The girl got our prescription done and said we should go to another register it is a little tense over there. I told her I would be reporting her she told me go I am the manager. I am sure this will not be handled because this store has had many complaints from the rude pharmacy employees
