I've been shopping at the 24 hour Wellington Circle location in Medford, Mass for 20 years. I was just there at 9:20a.m on 10/20/2025. The only employee most weekdays including this morning is a late 50-60 year old black haired, white woman with glasses. She is rude and gets upset ALL the time, especially when the self service machine does not work correctly. She always has an attitude and she is definitely not the employee to be interacting with the customers. She has been this way for a number of years. I've finally had enough of her BS that I feel compelled to speak up. Hopefully this message isn't ignored and actually taken seriously. She's been here a while, maybe too long for her patience with customers. She most definitely has to go if anybody at CVS cares about customer relations.

It's not only myself. A lot of other customers say the same thing. This has been going on for years. Ur commenting on something have no knowledge of so why not stay out of other peoples business. This woman has a problem with all customers, hates her job and does not belong in a position dealing with the public. She never should have been fired so YES...FIRE her!

You do not know what is wrong with her. I asked her out on a date, and she was rude to me because I thought that she was playing hard to get I asked her for her number and she rudely said NO. She really needs to be FIRED. She does not want to go out with me she is racist and discriminating against me. Then she said she does not want to deal with me so she needs to be fired. She does not like her job and if she does not want men like me to ask her out she should not be dressing like a tramp and asking for it.

She needs to be fired. I at first liked her and asked her for her phone number. rather than say no nicely she said that she was calling security, this was the fifth time I asked her and she told her manager that she does not want to deal with me.
If she does not want to give men the wrong impreeion she should not be wearing such skimpy clothing She needs to be fired she is rejecting me because she is racist. JUST BECAUSE she has big bossooms does not mean she can mistreat people She probably still works there because she sleeps with her manager.
Also when I gently touched her hand, she screamed get away from me, she is always rude. It was her hand I touched not her bossooms. She needs to be fired because she is not giving me her phone number because she is racist against me.
