On December 12, 2019 I called CVS On Bainbridge Avenue 10467. I was calling to cancel a prescription. The first time I called I was on hold for 23 minutes and one person picked up and hung up the phone. I called again and spoke to a representative after waiting more minutes and the lady who picked up said she would cancel within 10 to 15 minutes. I am aware that cancelling a prescription takes about one minute. After waiting 20 minutes at the other pharmacy where I need to get my prescription filled, she had not canceled my prescription. I called, they picked up and hung up. I am currently on another call with them waiting and still no answer. I will never fill a prescription with CVS. This is the worse customer service and they misrepresented your brand.
