Worst experience every time I have been at this location. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and run away from answering questions. When asked about prescription clarification, they have no clue. Even after getting a text that the prescription is ready, you go there and it's not ready and they ask you to wait 2 hours. Went there again after 2 days, waited...

CVS short staff/rude customer service

Okay, I come to this cvs a lot, everytime I come I never have a problem. On tonight me and another guest stood in the front for 10 mins waiting on Jamie to assist us. I ask her would she help us check out she says busy and walked off(rude). After been denied customer service I think Megan is her name came and started to assist us with checking out. I don't understand how you can be rude and make paying customers wait, when you are supposed to be showing outstanding customer service. I will be reporting this incident to Coorporate. FYI when I left I could see Jamie outside smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone I guess that how cvs runs they business now.

CVS pharmacy

Will not reveal the exact pharmacy location because CVS seems to think that cutting back on pharmacy staff and then customers having to wait for an hour in the drive thru is the fault of the ONE pharmacist working with no help what so ever. One person cannot help customers at the counter, in the drive thru and take phone calls all by their selves! CVS has done this for years and blames the staff if someone complains. Shame on you for your total disregard for your customers and your employees. Needless to say after this horrendous treatment I am moving my business elsewhere. How they stay in business I'll never know.

I tried calling the other day, and was on hold for over 30 minutes. on Friday I got a busy signal for a few hours. I finally went to the store, and there was a line of nine people, and only two people at the registers for the pharmacy. They made a mistake with my prescription, and it was impossible to deal with the manager, Alexa, who refused to give me the right amount of medication. She shorted me by a few days.

CVS calling store

I REALLY hate the ads that are forced on you when you call the store. I work in health care hand have to call several times a day and I am on hold for about 10 minutes with each call. The ads are VERY LOUD but when I turn the volume down I can't hear if someone answers the telephone and so they disconnect. I am forced to listen to the high pitched loud ads repeating over and over again. Is there a way to turn that "crap" off!

On 12/12/2019 I used a self serve check out machine. My bill came to around 26. Oo. CVS online prescription service

This is the worst service ever! They cant bill my 2nd insurance, I don't live near a cvs and I don't need 90 days worth of medication because it changes all the time. There is no option to opt out! I get a different answer ever time I call about getting an override to use my local pharmacy. I got different answers when they lost my medication in the mail and received it a month late. half the time the people don't even know whats going on because there are no notes on my account? I would not recommend this to anyone! very inconvenient.

CVS pharmacy

My 4 prescriptions should have been ready two days ago. (O7/16/1956.
I called this morning, they said "Give us a half an hour." That was around 10 a.m. I just called again, it's now 3:15 and they are still not ready.
I am always given poor service at this store. I am always polite. This is just so unprofessional of your company. A VERY poor reflection on you. Linda Linchy

CVS pharmacy service

Today I called to speak to someone at CVC I 40 and Washington in Amarillo Texas. Was on hold for 42 minutes. Manager at store made excuses for long delay saying that the Pharmacy was busy and only had one tech that could answer the phone and take care of customers that were in the store to pick up. Requested further assistance and was told that there was nothing else that could be done. When I again requested further information I was told to call 1-800-CVS- help. This did not work, so I went online to check for information and found a different number. I called that number and was on hold for additional 20 minutes and then hung up.
My time is valuable, took my lunch waiting to speak with someone at pharmacy and on help line. Now there is no way to get lunch in the time that I have.
Poor response, feel like my business is not important to CVs and need to change where my family mediations are filled.
Please note that I have been a customer of CVS for many years and have used the same pharmacy location.
I understand being busy but to make people wait on hold for this long is not acceptable. Maybe CVS should look at setting up a system where the customer can leave a number and be called back when it is their turn. This would be better than waiting on hold for 40 + minutes hearing the same recording.

My prescriptions were filled six times and I did not ask for them to be filled. They lost one of my prescriptions and I had to wait 15 minutes while they looked for it and then fill another one.
