Directions are clearly posted at drive through yet almost every time there is someone waiting for their prescription to be filled, please let the pharmacy employees know that they cannot tell people that they can wait, today there were six cars waiting over twenty minutes for the vehicle up fronts order to be filled!!! I called and spoke to someone in the...

Hello I am writing to file a complaint. The CVS that I normally go to has had several issues over the last year or so. First being, customers are asked to wait 1-2 days or longer prescriptions. Second, most recently, 12/19, I went in to pick up a prescription. The person who rang out my order informed me that the reigster had "frozen" and that she needed...

I have been filling prescriptions with CVS for multiple years and always had great customer service. I have been to this location multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to pick up my prescription the same pharmacist who checked me out on 12/20/19 at 7:17 pm is so nasty and ugly. She tells me what to do in my personal life even though I don't start any...

On 12/19/19 we waited in drive thru to drop off prescription. After 20 minutes of waiting, the pharmacist took my daughter's prescription and said it would be ready tomorrow 12/20/19. When I called to find out if it was ready, on hold for 15 minutes, I was told they had no record of the prescription. A representative from CareMark also called and said they...

CVS insisted I change my 30 day prescription to a 90 day or it would not be covered. The letter was sent to my current address. Contacted my doctor to change and he sent to CVS Mail.
CVS sent the refrigerated prescription to my old address, without so much as an email or a text.
The current owner at my old address called his realtor, who knew mine, and she called me out of town.
I was out of state and had to call a friend to go pick the prescription up and keep it cool till I got back. I later received a bill from CVS for $150, twice as much as I pay at CVS Pharmacy. The bill came to the right address.
Called CVS and asked to speak to management and was told they would call back. Never received a call. Sent emails to CVS, but that's like pulling teeth.
Finally found a number for CVS and called and was told they do not take manufacturers discount cards for mail delivery, while admitting they were both the same company. They refused to compromise after being told of the incredible trouble everyone went through.
Had to pay the $150 to keep from going to collection.

customer service and pharmacy operations
Worst experience every time I have been at this location. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and run away from answering questions. When asked about prescription clarification, they have no clue. Even after getting a text that the prescription is ready, you go there and it's not ready and they ask you to wait 2 hours. Went there again after 2 days, waited...

I come up to the register only one of my rx order is ready because another was suppose to be in today but was not due to the weather. I asked Kayla when it will be in she said I don't know. Okay, I come to this cvs a lot, everytime I come I never have a problem. On tonight me and another guest stood in the front for 10 mins waiting on Jamie to assist us. I ask her would she help us check out she says busy and walked off(rude). After been denied customer service I think Megan is her name came and started to assist us with checking out. I don't understand how you can be rude and make paying customers wait, when you are supposed to be showing outstanding customer service. I will be reporting this incident to Coorporate. FYI when I left I could see Jamie outside smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone I guess that how cvs runs they business now.
pharmacy
Will not reveal the exact pharmacy location because CVS seems to think that cutting back on pharmacy staff and then customers having to wait for an hour in the drive thru is the fault of the ONE pharmacist working with no help what so ever. One person cannot help customers at the counter, in the drive thru and take phone calls all by their selves! CVS has done this for years and blames the staff if someone complains. Shame on you for your total disregard for your customers and your employees. Needless to say after this horrendous treatment I am moving my business elsewhere. How they stay in business I'll never know.
lines, phone calls, service
I tried calling the other day, and was on hold for over 30 minutes. on Friday I got a busy signal for a few hours. I finally went to the store, and there was a line of nine people, and only two people at the registers for the pharmacy. They made a mistake with my prescription, and it was impossible to deal with the manager, Alexa, who refused to give me the right amount of medication. She shorted me by a few days.

I REALLY hate the ads that are forced on you when you call the store. I work in health care hand have to call several times a day and I am on hold for about 10 minutes with each call. The ads are VERY LOUD but when I turn the volume down I can't hear if someone answers the telephone and so they disconnect. I am forced to listen to the high pitched loud ads repeating over and over again. Is there a way to turn that "crap" off!
self service checkout machine
On 12/12/2019 I used a self serve check out machine. My bill came to around 26. Oo. I had a lot of loose change that I put in the coin bin, and then the machine jammed, the attendant came over, had a hard time fixing it, and asked me to use another machine. I checked everything out again and paid for it but I never got my 3.00 worth of change from the 1st...

My husband & I have been customers for many years. As of the last year or so, the pharmacy is not serving it's customers well. There are only 2 or 3 workers, if that. Phones are ringing off the hook. This is the worst service ever! They cant bill my 2nd insurance, I don't live near a cvs and I don't need 90 days worth of medication because it changes all the time. There is no option to opt out! I get a different answer ever time I call about getting an override to use my local pharmacy. I got different answers when they lost my medication in the mail and received it a month late. half the time the people don't even know whats going on because there are no notes on my account? I would not recommend this to anyone! very inconvenient.

My 4 prescriptions should have been ready two days ago. (O7/16/1956.
I called this morning, they said "Give us a half an hour." That was around 10 a.m. I just called again, it's now 3:15 and they are still not ready.
I am always given poor service at this store. I am always polite. This is just so unprofessional of your company. A VERY poor reflection on you. Linda Linchy
