CVS can not ever find my prescriptions or find the way to refill them without a ton of complaints, confusion , rudeness , telling me off and also refusing to refill life saving prescriptions until you need the next dose which then they will happily refill but LOVE TO TELL ME THEY WONT HAVE THST BACK IN STOCK FOR SEVERAL DAYS.
to then which they suggest going to the local emergency room
Yep this is how cvs does pharmacy

Claimed loss: Close to having seizures numerous times. So I’d guess my claimed loss is the fear of death from the way cvs does their customers in

Desired outcome: Just do their job in a timely, safe and lifesaving manner instead of messing with killing people

I think you’re afraid to let people call because your manner of business is so BAD. Afraid to get yelled at ?
Or maybe afraid you’d get called out on how bad the service is at cvs

But you guys sure miss the point of how badly cvs does their jobs
Are you just here to criticize or here to see how they do their customers?
