When going through the phone system to try to contact any of your pharmacies you are presented with a number of options that are extremely wasteful making you spend an exceedingly long amount of time trying to talk to the Pharmacist and then are NOT ever connected anyway! I have direct questions for the Pharmacy that need answered as quickly as possible but I need to wait and see if they will even contact me back! This is an atrocious business practice in the way your corporation seemingly does not care about the welfare and satisfaction of your customers.
Desired outcome: One of the first choices on your menu should be to physically contact a live person at the Pharmacy and not an answering machine!

I see the issue is from 2024. Well the cvs voice system still sucks in March 2026... it doesn't understand clear speech saying the words it wants and it's been like pulling teeth to renew a medication at 32 days after the last refill. No answer yet why their math for a 30-day calculation from last date filled doesn't match mine - and I am correct. Jan 28 + 30 is Feb 27 - so simple!
