I called to check on a prescription and was transferred to pharmacy. Waited 1 hr but no one picked up. Called later and was transferred to pharmacy. Waited another 45 minutes no one picked up. The cvs recorded answering service does not allow enough ways to get to the pharmacy. It should automatically ring the pharmacist . There should be another way to get in touch with the pharmacy staff other than the recorded direction. We live 45 miles from the cvs store. I could have driven to the cvs store quicker than waiting on them to pick up. Ridiculas
