One of the worst experiences of my life dealing with a company. Nothing but issues the entire way. The did not confirm anything even though they sent someone out to confirm everything before green lighting the project. I specifically told the salesmen that my roof was not like a typical rambler but he designed it like it was. This caused a complete redesign to just put panels wherever they could on my roof. I have panels not just facing South, but West, East, and even North! I was given no option but to do this and it will cost me Thousands of dollars in output production over the life span of the system.

Things just kept getting worse from there. I can't even remember how many times they failed inspection which would cause more and more delays. The first time the electrical inspector came and opened up the panel on the power pole it was literally sparking and he had to shut down power to my house until they could come fix it. I'm lucky nothing caught on fire. Ended up taking over a year to get my installation complete.

As frustrating as it was that it took so long, we had a blatant deal in our contract that Wolf River Electric would pay us $198 per month to cover our electric bill, until the system was live as a promotion when I signed up. I just kept saying to myself well it's just costing them more and more money the longer they take. Well almost 2 months after the project finished I hadn't heard anything so I inquired about the money they owed me and the response I got was that money went to upgrading my meter. There was never any mention at any point in time that I was getting charged anything for any of the issues they had, and now they are refusing to pay me the money they owe me.

They are either really bad at what they do, or they are just a sleazy company. I would stay far away either way.

I highly recommend Wolf River Electric. They do excellent work and provide great service. They always arrive on time and offer great value for the cost.

Wolf River did a grate job installing my 21kw Solar System. Definately would use them again and recomend them to others.

Wolf River Electric instaled a 12kw project for us last summer. The crew was very detailed oriented and almost after 1 year of operation our system is producing slightly more than originally estimated by WRE staff. Overall we are very happy with our solar system and work performed by this company.

Wolf River Electric installed solar panels at my property during the summer. They did a great job and we don't have a utility bill anymore! We're even earning credits to help us through the winter. Our project manager kept us updated throughout the entire project, and the crew who installed the panels were quick and neat. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

We financed for solar, all permits received fairly quickly. Solar installed in 4 days, except for septic hook up. The system wasn't running because it wasn't started. We contacted them for a week to hook up the septic and start solar power, but got minimal replies. We're still waiting to use solar power after over a week of asking when they can come out and start. We feel ignored considering the amount of money we invested in this project. Not satisfied.

Wolf River is really good at getting things done fast. They finished my big home project way sooner than other people said they could, like 2 - 3 months sooner. The work started a little late, but they still managed to finish it in just under a week. They did everything in a professional way and the conduit work was top-notch. They cleaned up all the messes every day and kept everything nice and organized. I think you should hire Wolf River for your next home project.

We was told we gonna get them solar panels put in and a payment plan for 'em. The payment plan started but them solar panels ain't put in right and they ain't workin'. It's been three months and they still ain't workin'. The guy just up and left and said they won't work. We tried callin' the electric company but nobody answer our calls or tell us how to get our solar system workin'. We done spent a lot of money on this and we want our money back if this ain't gonna work.

Many of the employees have been really rude, like hanging up on me and interrupting me. They made a lot of mistakes along the way, which we were okay with until all the mistakes started piling up. The person we talked to never knew what was happening with our project, so we couldn't get any updates. When we signed the contract, they told us our project would start in May and only take 2-3 days to install. But they didn't start until June, and now it's July and our system still isn't running. The paperwork they filed for our permits was done carelessly, according to the city inspector. They also didn't follow the plans we submitted for our permit, so now we're dealing with the city and Wolf River to figure out what needs to be done to finish our project.

In Feb 2021, Brian *** from Wolf River Electric reached out to me about Solar Panel electricity. We met and he checked out my home. He was supposed to send me a proposal, but instead, I had to sign it through docu sign, which was kinda weird. Anyway, I signed it, but later found out it was actually a contract for $44,000, depending on financing. I had mentioned from the start that it depended on getting my roof fixed because of hail damage and wear and tear. Brian assured me everything was fine and said he would send me the info. This was in April .

Then, on June 19, I broke my hip and ended up in the hospital for 5 days. A couple of days after the 4th of July weekend, Brian called asking about financing. I told him I wasn't moving forward with the project. But guess what? He sends me a cancellation invoice for a whopping $3000! At the same time, he paid for the building and electrical permits at the City, but listed the project cost as $10,000, not $44,000! I reached out to Brian to sort things out.

On 8/3/22 we made a deal with Wolf River Electric to put in a solar system at our crib. On 9/23/22 their dude came by to peep the spot where it was gonna go and said everything was cool, no issues. So we gave them their 15% down payment of $7146 to get the ball rolling. Then on 10/3/22 we got an email from our sales guy, ***, saying that the big boss, ***, said we gotta cough up an extra $5K 'cause our roof is curved. But we showed them pics of the spot before we signed the deal and the inspector checked it out, so now it's a $5K headache. We said no way and asked for a full refund like our sales guy promised. I've been calling and leaving messages for *** and the project manager, ***, all week to find out what's up with our money, but they haven't hit me back. This is sketchy 'cause they didn't keep their end of the deal and now they're ghosting me.
