CVS

My elderly grandmother has been a member a CVS for years and years that's where she has gotten her prescriptions. Here lately there is a new pharmacist and she is very rude everytime my grandmother calls or has any questions about her prescriptions she's even rude to my grandmother's Physicians I really wish something could be done about this. My grandmother has cancer and is fighting for her life and the last thing that she needs is for the pharmacist to give her a hard time about her medications or to give her doctor's a hard time about her medication she is very disrespectful.
