Last month I completed a survey about the horrendous service and how it has gone downhill at this pharmacy. I will be switching at the beginning of next year. Long lines, 1 rep at the pick up desk with 6 people inline. Always promising time of refills and when we get there not ready. Today is the last straw. Yesterday prescriptions were supposed to be ready for Ashley Landers 5-2-84 and Richard Landers [protected]. Got there. Not ready and out of stock on his Primidone. I just checked the website and it said his Primidone is in process and will be ready at 9 pm. They close at 9 pm. I called. Rude rep said she would see if they could get it ready. It was supposed to be ready yesterday. They are out of stock on items more than they have them. Last, I asked that my Alprazolam could be filled one day early as I am going out of town. She said no - controlled substance and can't be filled till Sunday when I am going out of town. I said have a note to get it ready and she said no, come in and I will have to wait for it. Called pharmacy card and they said it can be filled a day early - all they have to do is call the help line. Called CVS back and she said no they have to call the doctor. Gone for the weekend.
