CVS

This incident happened on 11-22-19 @ 240 pm. Pharmacist Palak (a female in case she gave wrong name) from the Newfield Ave Store in Stamford was very rude and unprofessional. She doesn't listen I tell her I'm calling from a doctors office I give the name of the doctor, patients name, my name and what I'm calling about and she was very rude. She said I need to speak with the office before I can do anything. I told her I'm calling from the doctors office why cant you speak with me. She needs to go back to school and learn how to treat and talk to others. Very unprofessional not a good look for CVS.
