I have been filling prescriptions with CVS for multiple years and always had great customer service. I have been to this location multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to pick up my prescription the same pharmacist who checked me out on 12/20/19 at 7:17 pm is so nasty and ugly. She tells me what to do in my personal life even though I don't start any personal conversations with her she's always grilling me about things and it makes me very uncomfortable because she gets REALLY loud and I have seen her do it to others and laugh as they leave from being so upset with her. I have only put up with it because I don't like to switch pharmacies but now I will. I just want to make you all aware that she treats people very poorly and makes me feel like she's profiling when she states certain things. I love CVS but this person needs to go through customer service training and understand to stay in her lane and not bring up racial comments. My receipt does not have a name so I hope you are to look her up with the photo provided. Thank you!
