Any time I need to refill a prescription I am put into long waiting for the automated system to run in a loop. Today I have waisted one hour and forty-five mins. I have called in and, I have written in about this terrible NEW system 3 times. I am so upset with this new system that I am after 20 plus years thinking of going across the street to Walgreen's.
