CVS can not ever find my prescriptions or find the way to refill them without a ton of complaints, confusion , rudeness , telling me off and also refusing to refill life saving prescriptions until you need the next dose which then they will happily refill but LOVE TO TELL ME THEY WONT HAVE THST BACK IN STOCK FOR SEVERAL DAYS.
to then which they suggest going to the local emergency room

Claimed loss: Close to having seizures numerous times. So I’d guess my claimed loss is the fear of death from the way cvs does their customers in

It is a bit strange you have to sit on a complaint board and post about something that you didn’t witness
Wasn’t saying the poster was rude. Saying there is no need to be rude to CVS.
But you guys sure miss the point of how badly cvs does their jobs
