CVS review: management

My name is Stacey Kelly Onwer of Kellys Clean Up and Out LLC Im about na !mi from the the CVS I visit the store on Xmas Day My wife was sick and I simply when in to purchasen Benadryl whick turned into a embrassing nightmare.When I enter the store the manager a spoke, then perceded to ask me if he could help me I stated n o because I knew exactly what I came for and know exactly where it was at from buying before today .Then he proceded to follow me foot to foot while leaving the counter with customers waiting and in the store Following me like I came in to stael something I paid for my order and left I felt so embrassed until I return to ask him why he was following as if I came in to take something I wanted him to explain He said because I didnt make eye contact with him when I entered Reallly I dont even have to look at him if I dont choose this is mso Messed up I thing if thats what it takes to single somebody out then theyre totally either not trained in mgtn of someone needsmto spaek withh them to re train I Have over 12 employees and I would never treat a customer or allow them to tgreat a customer like that this is totally unacceptable I just cant believe it I spent lots of money with CVS and the phamacy but today I feel so upset with this situation I dont even want to return to the store someone needs to do something its totally uncalled for and so unprofessional
