CVS review: pharmacy service!

I have 2 prescriptions that CVS contacted me about having them on 90 day refill with automatic refills, I agreed. 92 days later neither of my Rx are filled, tried calling Pharmacy numerous time with no one answering (12/28/19) Finally just drive to CVS to find everyone in the Pharmacy to be completely clueless. Asked to have my RX refilled and they said will be 1/2 hr, well pharmacy closed at 7 PM and my prescriptions are still not filled! Called next morning (12/29/19) this is now 3 days without my prescription meds! And only to find that only 1 of my Rx to be filled! Still cannot speak with anyone on the phone to find out when the 2nd Rx will be ready since no one ever answers the phone! Unfortunately this is not the 1st incident I've had with this CVS pharmacy! It seems everytime I go to get an Rx filled there it's a problem! Unfortunately my insurance dictates I use CVS so I'm stuck! I am seriously at my wits end, I have never had so many issues and difficulties getting my meds filled in the 15 yrs I've been on them. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed!
