Directions are clearly posted at drive through yet almost every time there is someone waiting for their prescription to be filled, please let the pharmacy employees know that they cannot tell people that they can wait, today there were six cars waiting over twenty minutes for the vehicle up fronts order to be filled! I called and spoke to someone in the pharmacy and they said that their prescription was almost ready yet it was at least another ten minutes before they had it ready! These people clearly do not know the drive through rules! Next time this happens at this location I will personally get in the persons who's waiting's car and move it for them!
