CVS Pharmacy closing for 1:30 lunch at 1:20!!!

So yeah, cvs pharmacy closes the drive thru for lunch at 1:30-2:00. I roll up at 1:23 and the orange cones are lined up already closed for lunch. Wtf is the point of closed for times posted if they close before that time? I called the pharmacy on my cell phone and it was 1:24 and asked why it is theis way and the woman said “if we dont close early then theres a line of people waiting.” well these a line of people behind the damm cones. This is uncceptable cvs!

Desired outcome: Just had to suck it up and wait since i live 30 minutes away and i have my frozen groceries melting. I HATE YOU CVS RUTHER GLEN VA

CVS Caremark

They have 12 of my prescriptions. Hadn’t received any of my prescriptions this year on an account setup in early Jan/22. called when I was down to 10 day felt on one of my prescriptions and they couldn't explain why it wasn't on auto fill even thou it was through 2022. So they filled 3 prescriptions while talking to them and they assured me all the rest of them would auto fill going forward. Tried to pay the bill on 5/2/23 for the 3 prescriptions I just received and get the following "Welcome to Caremark's Online Pharmacy - Caremark.com is currently unavailable." So I call them. When I call their system tell me I have more prescription available to fill. This after they told me 3 weeks ago the auto fill problem was solved. So when I get to talk to a person I try to get the bill paid and apparently they can’t, says the system is down. Ok then I’ll do it another day. So I talk to them about why the auto-fill is not processing the prescriptions that are apparently in cue. They tell me my prescription of Lisinopil and one other can’t be put on auto-fill and they can’t state why. So now I have to perform 3 different processes to get my pills every 3 month. Go to CVS location in my town for Gabapentin, call CVS Caremark for the 2 prescriptions that can’t be on auto-fill and monitor the balance of 9 to ensure I get them. I finally told them just transfer ALL prescriptions back to my local store because I have zero faith in the on-line Caremark process. Then they tell me they can’t because I have 3 recently sent to me and they can’t transfer them until they are due to be filled and some were recently new prescription from the doctor and they can’t yet. So now I’m done with this and going to call my doctor and have they sent ALL new prescriptions to my local store.

Desired outcome: FIX YOUR PROCESS AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. AVOID CAREMARK IF YOU CAN

CVS CVS OTCHS Catalogue/ordering

Product ordered was not what the catalog appeared to be offering. I also checked on website and no information was provided concerning physical size

I called the member services three times and each time I was connected to an individual who could not speak English well enough to be understood and all three would not try to help.

Product is a seven day pill case [(2) p143 715130 am/pm 7 day push button pill case $10 each] which is about five times larger than what is normally available. No size was indicated. Item is too large to be useful

CVS Pharmacy call-in Phone Live

i am a Physician who just recently called the store off of Santa Monica Blvd. at #[protected] to verify a dying patients prescription on a Saturday afternoon. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, i finally decided to hang up and call back to speak to a young woman in the Photo department, who was able to clarify that the pharmacy department was not answering my call because they were preparing to close in 5 more minutes at 4:55pm. Not answering the phone on the work place (especially at a pharmacy) on purpose is a serious matter that should NOT be swept under the rug. What kind of Pharmacist doesn't see himself as someone of authority and responsibility?

Desired outcome: i am requesting that s supervisor speak to this Pharmacist (who I'm sure is scheduled on Saturdays quite often) and remind him to value his position.

CVS Employee treatment

My wife works for CVS and her store manager has been scheduling her alone to close the store. I refuse to leave my wife in a 5,000 sq ft store alone at night in a resort town off a major highway and this company LIES and hides and refuses to deal with something that has been reported to me as being a violation of specific company policies regarding store employees being left alone at the store. I have tried to reach out to CVS, to call and contact someone regarding this, including her "district leader" but have had ZERO success due to the top notch job they do at HIDING themselves behind a bunch of b.s. propaganda. it is embarrassing to read their corporate drivel about responsibility and safety and being a wonderful place to work when i've seen nothing but high school drama, ignorant dangerous company policy and action. They are nothing more than a corporate facade chasing a profit at the expense of their employees. Since this started i have legally, quietly and with no interruption to business sat in a private parking lot (which CVS does not own) to monitor my wife while she closes this store alone. . . her manager has proceeded to threaten her job and throw one write up attempt after another at her. . . today, she was written up for supposedly taking a 30m break (last week) instead of a 15m. . . she was also written up for not finishing some compulsory woke training that her manager kept them locked out of until the last possible moment, making her attend it at home after the 'required completion date/time' . . .i can not stress how much this company has a detached two faced executive / administrative arm that is on auto pilot content to peddle lies on their website while endangering employees, tolerating abuse and harassment towards employees. it is absolutely unconscionable that my adult, capable, loving and loyal wife is so stressed and tormented by this nonsense and this company does nothing.

Desired outcome: for someone to do their job and what they purport to value on their website and their employee handbook.

CVS Passport photos

Dear Sir/Madam

We were planning for a trip, realized need a new passport as it was about to expire. So came to CVS, my favorite store located @ 4424 Treat Blvd Concord. Got the picture taken, looked good in the store, when we came out of the store saw the picture in the day light, it was not as expected. It was on 4/20/2023 around 9.45am. I paid with my credit card & used my $5.00 coupon too.

Immediately return to the store, spoke with the lady, she looked at the picture and said there is nothing wrong with the picture, it's normal to have shades as we get older. She declined to take another picture because another picture will be the same again so no point in taking another one. She would give credit to the amount charged but not return the $5.00 coupon back. Her tone of voice was rude and unwarranted.

Immediately we went to Staples, next door to CVS. they took a perfect passport picture with no shade; their price was $12.00 lot cheaper than CVS, who charged $16.00.

I have been a regular customer at this CVS for many years, they have always been very good and enjoyed my shopping over there. But this incident with this lady causes hesitant to return to this store again.

Hate to write complaints! this time I have no other choice but to voice my displeasure.

CVS Communication with store

My Dr. called into CVS Middletown Rd. Pearl River NY- a prescription I needed..that was on April 3rd 2023 12 noon. After a few days I called CVS Pearl River store which was an automated voice-I was told my prescription was in process. I called every few days and the same response. I then pressed the digit to speak with someone. He looked it up and told me the prescription was on back order. After another week (now its several weeks) I called again and was told the drug was discontinued. What? That was April 18th. No one thought to call and inform me. I said what should I do? He said call other pharmacies and see if any have it in stock. Don't you think they should have done that 3 weeks ago? I did , and found one that had it in stock. That store said to call CVS again and send the prescription. I called CVS again and the wait time to speak with someone was over 15 minutes. The person I spoke to said - we don't do that , the pharmacy has to call us and request. I now had to call the other store back again and they promptly called and got the prescription. The other store was Not a CVS! I finally got the prescription filled on April 19. Originally the second store didn't have the amount needed to fill my prescription but they did call other stores and within a day I had my prescription ready. I will Never use CVS again!
