I have left a [prescription at 10 am I am post operative hip fractured. It has been over 6 hours and they have not texted me as advised by your employee. I call and call, on hold for over 20 minutes and then they hang up. Ridiculous taking the rest of my business elsewhere.
This is abuse of elderly person and I will notify the FDA about your company's flagrant disregard for post-op elderly patient that NEEDS HER PAIN MEDICATION and the rest of the RX that have been completed, I suppose.
You can reach me at (if I am not on hold with CVS for 35 minutes and now even if the prescription was ready, I have no way of getting my much-needed meds. Maybe you can tell them to do their jobs. Hope you do not fracture your hip and have no medication and stay in agony for no reason by me. Abusive, MY NUMBER IS [protected]. tHANK YOU
