Just service...
The associate was actually really a help. The thing is I worked 26 years in the customer service and she could not take a one hour lunch but, just sit next to the counter and eat. It is not her fault of this happening. Felt bad for an associate that could not benefit to take one hour lunch break. To me it is not sanitary for her in the public to eat where...

Your company has allowed covid-19 experimental MRNA, gene altering shots to be given without properly informing the public of the potential risks. You have allowed people to make uninformed decisions about their health and the possibility of death. You blocked doctors from prescribing effective medicines such as hydroxychloroquin an ivermectin to help them. You forced mask wearing which did nothing to stop covid-19 .
Now you fully embrace transgenderism in your work place. Everyone I know is boycotting you and going to local pharmacies. You are disgusting. Go woke go broke
Desired outcome: For cvs to acknowledge their part in ruining lives for profit and politics.
Unprofessional / discrimination
I was trying to purchase a Dove men care spray for men at this location. I was not warned, or advised, or didn’t see any sign that warning I should not try how the products smelled before I make my purchase. The staff who helped me open the block, kept saying that I not supposed to try how it smell before I purchased, then I told her I don’t see any sign...

In October, I suffered a life threatening illness, which included weeks of paralysis from the waist down. After way too much time, my primary id'd a bacterial blood infection as the cause. With physical therapy and antibiotics I recovered. Over the past few days, I experienced similar symptoms as preceded the paralysis. Determined to avoid a repeat, I...

The pharmacy at Continental Mall Green Valley AZ is closed! No warning! No way to talk to a person-just the damn recording. We received an email that my husband’s heart medication was put on hold and that we needed to call the pharmacy. We call-they’re not open! He is in need of this heart medication twice daily and is at the end of his prescription. The Cleveland Clinic called in the new prescription-now we cannot get this prescription-because this pharmacy is closed!?!?!?! If something happens to my husband because his medication was not obtainable-this is on you CVS! If pharmacy needed to close then an alternate CVS should have been available for patients ! I am terrified that something will happen now!

Medicine
I am a frequent customer at the CVS in Jacksonville, Florida, located at 9509 San Jose Blvd. On Thursday, April 6, 2003 around 4:00 pm or a little after, I went to pick up my medication because I was on my way out of town and I knew I would need all of it. I suffer with Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, and I also have a degenerative disc and I use pain patches for my back. I pulled through the drive through to get my medication and after he gave it to me I advised him he didn't give me all of it. Grant it, I had to wait in line behind another customer and I was a little tired of waiting on them, but everyone is important and need their medication(s) just as I needed mine. Before my transaction was completed, the employee asked if I had a card on file and I began to give him my rewards phone number and he looked funny and I stated I'm sorry I thought you were asking for my rewards number. After I received my medication, I advised I didn't have it all he asked what was I missing, I advised my patches. He stated he didn't see anything about them and for him to look it up I had to get out of line and drive around again. I stated there are 5 cars behind me and you want me to drive around when you're going to have to look it up anyway, he stated yes! I was very upset and I told him it didn't make sense. He advised he could not help me any further and I was literally upset! His actions were very upsetting and I decided to pull around and go inside. After going inside, there was a line and I just couldn't wait any longer, so I decided to leave without my patches and was very thankful I had a few at home. I really feel that we as consumers choose where we want to spend our money and we do so to keep them with a job. Grant it, employees have bad days, but their job is to serve the public regardless of how busy the store is or how many customers you have in the store. This has made me want to really change my pharmacy.
Desired outcome: Employees need 2 know what they sign up for & the workload that comes w/it when working in a pharmacy. They should know that some days w/be busier than others & their job is to assist every customer that keeps them employed.
The pharmacist
My insurance is giving me a hard time filling my prescription this month cuz in February cvs put it threw my insurance on the 9th of February when I picked it up on the 15th and I couldn't have picked it up on the 9th even if I wanted to (which i didnt want nor never tried to do) because it would have been way to early to fill so I called 4x today and spoke with the same rude ignorant women pharmacist who every time gave me an attitude who tried to lie to me and tell me that insurance companies call them they don't call insurance company's finally I convinced her she said she would call them supportable she called me back within 5 mins saying she called insurance said couldn't do it I call insurance they said they never called I called back cvs gave them new # & a name this time called me back in 2 mins asking which department I called insurance again & this time we did a 3 way call to cvs at 730pm I'm guessing u have caller ID cuz no 1 would pick up I've gone without my medication for 2 days now cuz of this this pharmacist was extremely rude yelling at me saying I'm to busy to call and this is last time I'm calling 1st time even said oh ill call ur insurance now to tell them how stupid u and they r and hung up on me and for them to not answer the last time when it rang for 20 mins is bs this is there mistake and it making me go without my medication I asked the lady 1 time to not give me attitude cuz it's not me it's insurance & u guys put in wrong date oh I got hung up on that time to this is absolutely wrong I provided my recent call record showing it rang for 8mins and secs where no 1 picked up got ignored guessing cuz they saw caller ID that it was me + how many times I had to call today to try and get this issue fixed & it's still not fixed
Desired outcome: I need this fixed with my insurance so I can fill my script 2 this lady needs to be fired or have no contact with guests she clearly she sucks at customer service or can't handle how busy u r
The pharmacy dept
I have been getting my scripts from CVS for years. I get a pain pill and I have never had any problem getting them on time every month. This past month, when I was at the doctor office, they had told me that a lot of their patients are having problems with CVS. The CVS pharmacy is telling them that there is a short supply of this particular pain medication. But it's funny how it seems to only be happening at CVS. The doctor office said there is no short supply at all. I was at CVS on Rt 9 Little River SC yesterday, April 12 to see when my scripts were to be filled. They told me they would be ready on Wednesday, April 19 and they would have no problem filling it. My doctor called them to have them fill it on Tuesday, April 18 since I am going out of the country and need my script. I called the CVS pharmacy today April 13, after my physician called the pharmacy and asked them to please fill the script on April 18 and after being on hold for 15 minutes, twice, they told me that my meds were out of stock and have been for months. It's funny how just 3 weeks ago they filled mine and every month before that. There was no shortage. I think you need to look into this and see where the problem is.
2 items I ordered and is still on delayed shipment
I placed this order for 2 items for sinus, allergy medication, Benadryl, and Clariton. I needed this medication sap that is why I placed order with CVS. If I had any idea it would take this long, and meanwhile I am suffering with my sinus, I would have placed my order elsewhere. Last I check, items were still in Atlanta, Ga. with no updates on when to expect delivery.? My name is Ruth Ennis, email, [protected]@yahoo. com. to be delivered to 5161 fairmont dr, Granitville, SC 29829. These items were to be delivered on 4/9/2023. Today is the 12th. and I just checked still delayed, with no updates.
Desired outcome: I just need my sinus medication
Pharmacy staff
I was calling in a prescription for a patient. I work at a physician's office. When calling in the prescription the pharmacy tech picked up the phone and was very crabby. Her demeanor was very unprofessional. I have called in a million prescriptions and have never had anyone talk to me the way she did. There was a issue with prescription not being in stock and having to substitute a prescription. When speaking to her she had attitude. I did confront her and ask her if there was some kind of problem and was told " THIS IS NOT A COUNTRY CLUB! I told her I work in healthcare, and I know it's not a Country Club and that I also work in healthcare and would never speak to anyone the way she was speak to me. I asked her name, and she told me Lilian and then she asked my name in which I gave and told her she asked me that in the beginning and if she was not so rude and negative, she would of heard my name at the beginning. She then asked me the prescription again and still had the same attitude and did not hear even what I had to say and ended up calling back to get the information for the prescription. I also am a customer of CVS and never have I come in any contact at the pharmacy of anyone being so rude. I talk to numerous patient's a day, and you can hear in someone's voice if someone is crabby. Your tone is everything. And to be told this is not country was very unprofessional. My Coworker sitting behind me could not believe it.
Desired outcome: Lilian to be taught proper communication skills with patients and clients. Maybe take classes on customer care or if having a bad day stay home or take a 10 minute break before answering the phone.
Medication refills
I have been going to the same CVS for all of our families needs for over 25 years and just this past year, after spinal and neck injuries, I've been going to pain management. I take a very low dose of an opiate and have been treated less than human. After calling the corporate office last month, miraculously my prescription that was 3 days late, was ready. This month however, it's been out of stock at every CVS in the area for 9 days. If I ask any questions I'm treated like a drug addict and have seen the eye rolls and was even told to " just take Tylenol, it's not that serious "something must be done as the Hipocratic oath they took is not being followed
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response that's respectful, an apology and a positive result.
CVS #5187
I have a grievance with your company several months ago. I received a letter saying CVS had said that they do answer the phone. That is a deceptive answer, they answer only provider calls. Customer calls do not go through. I have brought it up with the staff at my CVS and the answer is...if we answered the phone we would get nothing done. Really? Why are...

I went to my normal scheduled Dr. appointment 04/04, Dr. ordered my 2 standard drugs which normally gets piced up and paid for same day within a good time frame there at a local CVS Pharmacy. This time my 1 drug was delayed 1 day due the excuse of Insurance. my 2 nd drug now, late is due 12th.
Was originally said to be picked up 8th, 11th, now 12th. all due to Insurance reasons. As of today 10th ,I called Coporate help line at [protected] for assistence... Did not feel good about this as its still due on the 12th.
Good Luck for those waiting for your needed RX to be filled. Understand not all CVS Pharmacies are bad at customer service, but generally, CVS is going downhill.
Desired outcome: I and others would appreciate better customer service and not be led a stray by excuses. Patrons need their RX filled when the Dr. calls it in from your appointments, not at the convenience138 of a stressed pharmacy staff.
Photos/order never received
I dropped off a disposable camera at the CVS location located in Galt, CA around early February. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get my photos returned. I have used this service before at this same location in the past, so I was well aware of the turnaround time and waited for the call I told I would receive once my photos came in. 5 weeks went by with no call from the store. I decided to go in store and ask about the status of my photos. I was told that the photo center was undergoing a remodel and an associate offered to check the back of the store to see if she could locate my order. I was told nothing was there under my name. Another two weeks go by with no update so I called the store. Over the phone the associate told me that because of their remodel the status of my photos was unknown and didn't even ask for my name so she could go check. I was told to call back in another two weeks to see if the remodel was complete. This was frustrating as I was not made aware upon dropping my camera off that such remodel would be happening. If I had been informed of this, I would have simply dropped my camera off at an alternate location. I called the customer service line on March 31st and was told my photos were received by the store around February 17th. Far before when I went in person to check for myself. On March 31st I also requested a form of compensation and was given a claim number (S8360368) and was told that the district would reach out to me within 24-48 hours. As of today, April 9th, I have received no such call. I was told my photos could be sent to a different store location to be printed and picked up. I requested them to be sent over to the CVS store at 100 W Lodi Ave, Lodi, CA. I was told they would be printed no later than April 3rd. I called Yesterday (April 8th) to confirm they were ready for pick up, only to be told there was no photos there under my name! This back-and-forth hassle has been beyond frustrating and completely unnecessary! I am beyond disappointed in the customer service I have received. As these were on a disposable camera it is not like I have the originals that I can just go print them at a different company. I trusted your company with my personal camera and do not even have that.
Desired outcome: I would like to get my photos emailed to me. At this point I do not trust they will ever be printed by your company. If they do have to be printed at your company, I want and expect them to be 100% compensated for. [protected]@gmail.com
Message regarding hydrocodone 5 mg-acetaminophen 325 mg tablet
I am going to try this again. I have tried to write this complaint only to have it disappear just as I am finishing it. On 4/4/2023 my doctor sent in a prescription for me to have Hydrocodone-acetaminophen for pain. I was first told it was in process by CVS. Next day told it was out of stock and they ordered it 4/4/2023. I could pick it up on Friday 4/7/2023, again this was untrue. Today I called and was told they had this medication on order for months (which I was never told). On the website it says to contact CVS to find out another one that has it in stock. Now I was told today that was not true even though it is right there on the website. In order to get it from another pharmacy I would have call the doctor that had already sent in the prescription. Why is it my responsibility, the patient to call the doctor and have him send in another prescription? Now, it is the weekend and I am still in pain with no help from the pharmacy that is suppose to have the prescription. Just don't understand why I am responsible for all this. Please help me!
CVS CarePass
I joined CarePass because I am disabled and do not drive. CarePass worked until March 2023;
CVS refuses to deliver physician prescribed "supplements" that are "over the counter (OTC)" products. (If you have an illness that requires certain supplements they are covered under some plans).
Prior to March 2023, CVS did mail my prescription supplements.
When I call my local CVS I am told two answers.
• My insurance will not allow delivery.
• CVS corporate policy prohibits delivery under its CarePass plan.
I called my plan & was told they no rule that prohibits delivery by CarePass.
If it is merely a "new policy" they are,in bad faith, breaking their contract. Does anyone know a good lawyer?
Desired outcome: CVS should honor their CarePass contract.
Customer service
After my daughter and me left her 2 hr doc appt, we waited 30 minutes before picking up the prescription. Upon arrival, a slim female cashier with dirty blonde hair, dressed in navy blue, told us it would be ready in 20 mins so we sat and wait. Another customer was also seated ahead of us. When her order was ready, she was called then told to come to the front of the line to pay (there were 3 customers in line). 30 minutes passed before our name was called; however, we were told to wait in line in order to pay (there were 4 customers in line). I said how come the lady before me got to skip the line but two associates looked at each other instead of responding. Therefore, I took my non-prescription item to the main register and checked out. My daughter and me then proceeded through the drive-thru lane (we were third car back). When it was our turn after 10 mins, Aiden the male cashier also dressed in navy blue waited on us. My daughter's name is Madilyn, I spelled it and said it 2 times, and he still kept repeating it as Harriett (no where close to Madilyn). It's concerning to me Aiden interacted with his female co-worker and they kept turning around and laughing/mocking in front of us. I recommend they both receive appropriate respectable behavior training because this is not how workers should be acting. When I asked Aiden for his co-workers name, he said he didn't know. They obviously knew each other since they were making fun of us. This childish behavior and inconsistent customer service is unacceptable. No one should be treated like this when they are feeling bad. Feel free to contact me with questions.

Pharmacy
The Pharmacy on 58th and Central Ae in St Petersburg FL 33710 is the most aggravating pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Two things I always ask for:
1) Pop Tops No children in this residence.
2) Maintain the correct Manufacturers month to month.
3 )Have them ready on time not three weeks after I called and was out of my meds.
They can't follow these simple specifications. I am so diappointed.
Desired outcome: Correct meds on time, and use pop tops, and make sure the Manufacturer is correct.
