Today is July 1, 2023. I called CVS 1880 Ocean St., Marshfield Massachusetts. My doctor called in a prescription at 2 PM. I called pharmacy and automated system said they were at lunch, I didn’t get any call saying it was ready or a text so I called them at 7:28 PM. For a prescription for prednisone. The automated system said it would not be available till Monday so I spoke to the pharmacy and I guess they are doctors now I didn’t know pharmacists had a PhD. I told her that Monday I don’t need it. I need it now and she says well. They wouldn’t have given it to you if you didn’t need it Monday to What is out of her business I can’t wait till Monday for the prescription. That’s all she needs to know she’s not a doctor. She can’t tell me what is white there’s something wrong with this pharmacy I really need to switch to a different store maybe not a CVS.
I was a customer service rep my whole life for different companies. I have worked for corporate companies and small companies. I would never talk to a customer the way that the pharmacy has talked to me whenever I call it’s like I am inconveniencing them. I thought CVS could look in their system to see what other CVS has the medicine they told me to call CVS is to find the medication.
Desired outcome: Maybe the CVS Marshfield, MA needs a course on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
CVS - Pharmacy
6/26/2023 I’ve, complained before about this pharmacist he is unbelievably rude always. I called at 12:30am for my prescription and he said after 3 a.m. I said I have no car then, so he raises his voice saying “what do you want me to drop Everything I’m doing to fill your prescription?” I replied NO can he itleast do 2:30 am? He nastily replied fine. What is his issues he’s NEVER been nice to me. I dread calling when he’s working. This is horrible and I’m considering changing pharmacies. Not CVS! CVS 1880 Ocean Street Marshfield, MA
Desired outcome: Nothing happened last complaints I did
CVS - I have to find a way back to get my money back.
First I went to get my prescription at pharmacy and stood there for about 15 minutes then I yelled I’m waiting, pharmacist should check for customers
5/8/23 I went to Marshfield, MA Store #2401
Register #9
Cashier #2886
Transaction #8127 store
3:44am I checked out. Self checkout she said was updated so one item I got she just took I guess I didn’t get charged but I don’t understand why I wanted the item. After I paid I guess she just sent my receipt to my email, she didn’t give me a choice. I looked at my receipt on my email when I got home and I was double charged $9.99 for paper towels. I called store she said she’d leave a note because I don’t have a vehicle and can’t go back till much later. Then she says do I have a receipt? Seriously I would have but she didn’t print it. She said as long as the bar code is on receipt? What? As far as I see there isn’t barcodes on email receipt, so I don’t know. Lastly this women that works overnight is very noisy, I swear she followed me around whole store. Last few times she stood over at self checkout. That really bothered me because I was trying to put my debit card pin # in I moved over so she couldn’t see and she moved also so she could see. Why have self checkout? If she really wants to know what I bought then tell me you will check me out, please don’t stand over me or follow me. I have to go late night because it’s the only time I can get a vehicle to get there, I may have to try a different 24hr store, nothing but issues at this store and I’m sick of it. Lastly I can’t believe a gallon of milk there is $6.20 I couldn’t believe it when I read my email receipt. Paper towels are pretty big, I have no clue how she rang it in twice, then gave me somewhat of an attitude when I called
Desired outcome: I suppose a coupon may help. This is just causing me a huge issue. If I self checked I wouldn’t have had this issue
