The CVS Pharmacy in Sierra Vista AZ located at 2090 East Fry Blvd has terrible customer service. For the last four months, when I call, I am on hold a minimum of one hour. There have been occasions where I called two hours before the store closed and remained on hold AFTER the store was closed. Now, even the automated system isn't working correctly. I called last night to get a refill on a medication I have had filled once - March 23 - and the automated system said it couldn't be filled until May 23. Another medication I tried to check said it couldn't be filled until October 22. The hours seem to be constantly changing as well. The website says the pharmacy opens at 10:00 AM but now they aren't opening until 12:00 PM during the week. Right now, I have been on hold an hour and ten minutes. It is ridiculous to be put on hold when obviously no one intends to answer the call.
