I called & spoke to 2 reps today in Extra Care. I wanted my 10.00 reinstated from May that expired last night. I was called out of town on an emergency for 2 weeks. I got home last night. I wanted it reinstated. I am a devoted CVS customer for many years. I did not plan on being out of town 2 weeks.
This was unforeseen & the agents were none caring about this unusual event.
If I had been in town I would have used this within the 2 week window I had to use it. I would not have thrown the 10.00 reward by a mistake,
I pay 5.33 a moth for this.
Please reinstate my 10.00.

Pharmacist at cvs on 21 mile and Romeo plank road refuses to fill my medication unless I allow him to bill Medicare part D . I want to use Good Rx. He said he can’t do that. Using part d is way too expensive and will only fill for 24 tabs instead of 90.

On 5/11/2023 my Dr. sent an RX to your store on Del Web Blvd. Las Vegas, NV.
for the above-mentioned medicine. I went to store to pick Rx and was told it was too early pick up, come back on Saturday 5/27/23. I again tried to retrieve and RX and was told it is out of stock.
Today Wednesday I again tried to pick up my RX which was partially filled. No needles and no syringes. Counter person said she did not have an RX for either.
I called my Dr. who said she sent those RX's on 5/11/23. Dr. assistant called store which reported they indeed have the RX's but they are out of stock.
CVS will call when they are in.
Three trips and still 5/11/23 Rx not filled on 5/31/31.
I also use discount s from GoodRX and am required to wait for my DR's approval. WHAT! Why does (CVS) make doing business with you so difficult.
I will never use CVS again.

CVS sent me an email to do a survey which I have done in this past. However this one gave us a choice to pick a "reward" for doing the survey. I picked the mini vacuum cleaner and only had to pay the Shipping and Handling. I check my checking account every night and noticed I was charged $82.45! I called to get my money back last Friday. I live on Social Security and can't afford this! I did this survey in good faith as I have been going to CVS for almost 13 years and really trust them and I like how friendly they are. I am VERY disappointed CVS has done this to me! I called the number on my checking account listing to complain about getting my money back but they said I couldn't get it back. So I have spent over $90.00 for a vacuum I don't really need! This has lowered my trust in CVS and am thinking of going to another pharmacy. I need someone to call me about this situation ASAP. Alex Coulter pharmacy manager refused to help diabetic
Alex Coulter CVs pharmacy manager refused to give me diabetes syringes even though my bloodsugar was approaching 300. I have been diabetic since I was 9 years old and have always used insulin. My prescription was expired and I had ran out of syringes. That shouldn’t matter because you don’t need a prescription for syringes. I have gotten syringes without the prescription several times, even last week but Alex didn’t believe me even though I brought him my insulin bottle, he checked my file with all my diabetes’ prescriptions on there and even called my Dr after hours but he still refused to give me syringes. I am so angry and my bloodsugar is high and I feel terrible all because Alex would not help me. Once again, you don’t even need a prescription for syringes. I have used this same CVs for years and years. Something needs to be done immediately
Desired outcome: I want something done. Alex really upset me and caused my bloodsugar to rise even higher. I was told I should have taken care of this a long time ago. This was an emergency and I was not helped.
Healthcare
I went to the Minute Clinic in Hilton Head on May 7, 2023. I was told my labs would be submitted and I would be hearing from them with the results.
I never heard back from anyone prompting me to call corporate. I was told I would have to create an account to access my results. I did this, and the results were not attached.
I called a second time because now my condition has become much worse. So much as that I had to go to a different doctor.
I called CVS again today to please get my results as I am going for another opinion. After 50 minutes on the phone, I had not gotten anywhere. The encrypted results could not be received by me. I was told the Nurse Practitioner would call me shortly since my appointment is today. It was marked urgent. It has now been two hours and I have not heard from anyone.
I am very upset that this follow up had not been done.
The ball was dropped by CVS in regards to my visit in entirety. My health condition could have been resolved if I had the report.
