CVS Pharmacy in North Myrtle Beach SC

I took three prescriptions for my granddaughter to CVS in NMB SC and went back to get them two days later. I went to the drive-through and Ashley was working the window. I ask for my order and she comes back and says it is probably too early for the mto be refilled. I said no it is too then she goes back and comes back and says that they had called the dr to confirm one of the medicines and the Dr had not called back. I said I was more concerned with the thyroid medicine she was out of and she says to me Well you have not gotten it in two months. She was right I lost one bottle and called and got a second one and then we found the one I thought had been thrown away. So that is why we did not need it last month. Then She says well due to the mall being on one paper they had to all be filled at the same time. I once again told her it was the thyroid medicine I was needing now as she was out. She then tells me that she is wasting time talking to me while she could be filling prescriptions. Well yes, I did get mad and told her again it was thyroid medicine and she had to have it. I pulled off and called the Dr he said they had not contacted him and usually it came as a fax but he did not get one and he could not call them due to it being put on hold for so long when he tried to call. SO I went back asking for the person in charge a lady was helping me with it and then Ashely came over and was SHOUTING t me calling me a Frigging yes that is the word she used liar. I ask the lady that was helping me if that was allowed at CVS she shook her head and said no and she kept saying Ashley I got this but Ashley was still shouting calling me a liar and then left the area while slamming the little door she had to go out of. I am not going to let this go I was just going to get this straighten out but her shouting at me and calling me a liar I want her to be fired she clearly has not got the skills it takes to work with the public. I am 75 years old and never have I ad a person working in a store SHOUT at me and it just is ok with the person who is supposed to be in charge. I feel she did not want to make it worse by saying anything and she was nice to me but I told her to pull the tape and she would see who was lying.

Desired outcome: Her to lose her job

CVS Pharmacy (Melissa) my prescription

I have been waiting on my asthma medication since 5/11/2023 and it is still not ready yet and it's the 16th of May, Melissa was rude and I was trying to tell her that I never had a problem until these last couple of months, I explain to her that I needed my medicine or I could have an asthma attack and die but she kept telling me that they were waiting on my doctor to approve my medicine when I had refills on it all they had to do was refill it but she just would not let up and she start telling me that I was being rude to her I pay for my medicine and have insurance all she has to do is fill the request but, she rather keeping trying to tell me I have to wait well I have been waiting since the 11th of May if it had not been for my daughter who had an extra bottle of asthma spray I would be at the ER or maybe even dying by now what is going on with the people in the pharmacy are they new or just don't care I think they are in the wrong profession this is dealing with people health and their lives as well.

Desired outcome: I would like this matter handle right away and someone to have a talk with Melissa about her job.

CVS Brilinta and eliquis no longer on automatic refill

I was told today that expensive brand name drugs such as brillinta and eliquis are no longer on automatic refill, the reason alot of people do not pick them up after order refilled. That is the stupidest thing I ever heard of. It is not my concern what ther people might or might not do. I need these medicines to live. I just came out of hospital I have tests to go get done follow up with doctors. Now you add thiss to the list f stuff to keep track of. Used to be able to count on the pharmacy to follow up on and keep u informed. I asked if there are any exception to this rule I was told no. That needs to change if I always have paid and picked up my medications this should not apply to me or anyone else who has been a loyal customer for years and picks up there medication. I may not pick up the meds the day there filled but I always pick them up I may have to wait for the copay I am on a fixed income. To put profit over people is sad. I also need to know if it is your policy or insurance companies or drug manufacturer. Thanks.

Desired outcome: to have these medicatins put on automatic refill again for me and anyother person who always picks up and pays for their medication make an exception.

CVS My autistic son's medication Seizure medication

I have been waiting on my son's medication for 8 days the automatic system says it's gonna be here on Sunday someone took it out the system and send it to another store the other store I call they put it back in the system and they said the medication will Someone took it back out the system and now says the medication won't be here The young lady that keeps taken it out the system Works at the CVS in Cedar Hill Texas inside of target and she's behind the counterfeit and medication when she has no license to do so please have this matter resolved my son niece's medication as soon as possible At that location.

CVS Amiodarone drug. (pharmacy)

I was prescribed Amiodarone on April 27. Your pharmacy was closed due to no pharmacist.. The script was immediately labeled “ In process”. The CVS in Target said they could not get the script.

I tried to get my scripts released to Walgreens. , but they are not able to get them , as CVS will not or has not released the scripts. ( now May 10. ).

Today, May 10 I understand I have a short term script now ready, but I have no idea if or when the pharmacy will be open.

CVS Online account access

CVS implemented a new sign on system which requires verification via text or email. They have a phone number on my account that is not mine, so that won't work. I've tried the email option at least 12 times - never receive an email.

This morning I called them to change the phone number or find a way to access. 1st operator put me on hold after I explained the problem, then terminated the phone call. Called back 2nd operator said to call back and use option 4 and hung up. 3rd operator was from India - difficult to understand and didn't understand my problem, put me on hold and hung up.

I have been a CVS customer for over 30 years - however now I am exploring my options for my over 10K a year prescription services!

Desired outcome: Fix access, correct phone number and improve customer services!

CVS Rude pharmacy tech

Im complaining about "parastoo" pharmacy tech at cvs santa monica their add is: 1411 lincoln boulevard santa monica ca, telephone number [protected]. I was there too get my patients medication refill & do little groceries for my pt. Parastoo was so rude to ask me that they only do mediation & not simple grocery that she will not scan the one I got on my basket. She even said where's the credit card I told her my patients credit card was on the system & I can even call my patient right now so she can talk to her. Parastoo even said I should do the groceries not in the cvs store, told her my patient does instacart, uber eats etc,. Parastoo said what's that, why you don't have your patients credit card, what's the health of your patient, where is she, what's uber eats, what instacart she was even rude while questioning me. I told her its non of your business to ask questions about my patient and she keeps on talking and was so rude looking at me too.
