CVS - Medication refills

Date of Incident April 28th 2023:

I went to CVS on Centerville road in Lancaster pa17601 and I turned in 2 medications, both from the same doctor. I was supposed to start taking that medication on Friday. My doctor knows what Im doing, he also agree's with what Im doing. Iv been a patient at CVS for over a decade... way over, in wich time they have refilled my medications many times. the Pharmacists name who caused this to happen is Amy Solbolesky.

She offered me to take my prescryptions someplace else... and she should know that doctors do require patients to fill there controlled meds at the same pharmacy... I literally cannot take those anywhere else... whats more is that as she said herself they havnt been getting things in stock and many meds are out. They had them that day and they COULD have filled them but they did not. Normally I do not care if someone is verifying that my prescription especially if Im new to there pharmacy... but I am not new there. Those prescriptions also have DEA numbers on them... they are put there to verify that they are real.

I do not have any of the medication that she is holding up and I havnt had it since Friday... I do not have anything to take in its place as I transferred to this medication FROM another pain medication. Im sure your company knows what malpractise is right? and the HIPA law? Both of wich have been violated. I have no choice but to fill them there and then I am seriously thinking about leaving the pharmacy also, sadly, like so many others. I love CVS, I normally have no issues... and I have NEVER had to wait for 5 days to get a medication I have to have or else I suffer horrible medical complications. She doesn't know my full medical file. I tried to explain to her what was going on, I was very polite to her I even waited all friday so she could get ahold of them... but when she couldn't because they were closed she should have made arrangements like every other pharmacist would have... to make sure I didn't suffer for 5 days if she was going to second guess my doctors decisions.

As I said I would very much like to settle this without involving a lawyer but this has gotten way out of hand... like I said this is day 3 of me suffering in agonizing pain and going thru life threatening withdrawls. Iv NEVER had this happen before, Iv never even failed a urine test in my life... Yet this is how Im treated at CVS... they act like its no big deal while Im in tears practically and suffering thru mini seizures.

Desired outcome: Date of Incident April 28th 2023: I just want my medications filled asap and for her to apologise and promise that she will not make any other clients go thru this.
