As a fellow member of underdog fantasy march 1, 2024 around the time of 8:00am I made a 5 man slip for $20 and with inscurance $10 with Keith Mitchell as my hot pepper pick right because according to you guys you have to get the pick right to get the max payout for the scorcher and with me getting all 5 of my picks right I’m not understanding why I only received $8 on a 5 man with a scorcher that was correct that should have boosted my payout you guys are going against your own rules and are scamming your customers and I want answers why !?

[protected]@gmail.com that I've had for over a year. Somehow a account was made in my name and credentials. Deposits and whatnots were added to the other account and my account has taken the blame for being a victim of identity theft. I verified the actions I had taken with other necessary accounts with documents to verify I was a victim of identity theft. Documents that Underdog Support are asking for can not be produced by me and from my account because it was never me who had the unauthorized account. Now I'm restricted from my account and from my personal funds attached to the and its not fair on my behalf.

I made a bet and they ain't payin' me my cash.

I won a sport bet on there app. Then they hold my winnings because they claim I made a dispute against them, but will not provide information about the dispute.

They shut down my fantasy football account due to fraud. They claim that I, like some family members, used my card to pay for their site. They say I can't do that, but it's not in the rules and regulations, so how was I supposed to know? Also, if you suspended my account, which is bogus anyway, but if that's somehow legal, refund me my money.

On 12/27/22, I made a bunch of bets that I shouldn't have and decided I needed to cancel 'em right away. I tried to cancel the bets on the site, but it wouldn't let me. So, I shot 'em an email, but they didn't even bother to respond to my requests for cancelin' these bets. The games haven't happened yet, so there's still time for the company to cancel these bets, which add up to a hefty $550. Can you please figure out what's goin' on here? I'd really appreciate gettin' a refund for these bets. I'm a new player and didn't know the rules that once a bet is placed, it can't be canceled. Thanks for your help with this issue.

I been using Underdog Fantasy to place they Pickem slips since early August this year. I started with $50 deposit and almost went to 0 on several occasions. After getting the hang of things and following some of my friends advice/picks I began to win. On 9/27/2022 I received an email accusing me of syndicate play. I was on a business trip and didnt check my personal email for a few days so on 10/3/2022 I responded asking what I had done to specifically break terms of service and to be accused of syndicate play. I offered to send bank statements to help prove that I was not doing anything against they terms of service as I have no desire to get kicked off they platform. They never responded and as you can see in the attached email it was a copy pasted message signed by another person than the one who actually emailed me. I went to they website and found that they have a Discord server so I joined and asked some questions in they support channel. While the gentleman in there was nice he was not able to help and not a single person, who he actually asked to help me, got back to me after several requests. I placed several losing slips up till today 10/16/2022 when I won two again using the advice and slips of friends, which they encourage! I have attached a screenshot of the support person in discord telling members they encourage it! Well immediately after winning I received an email saying I had 72 hours to withdraw my funds and my account was being closed.

I recently played in three sports contests on Underdog Fantasy. I won the contest on 5/17 and requested a withdrawal of $900, which was processed and received within the standard time frame of 48 to 72 hours. However, I also won the contests on 5/20 and 5/21 for $2000 each and requested two withdrawals of $1800 for each contest, totaling $3600. I received emails stating that both withdrawals were being processed on the same day. However, as of 6/2/2022, despite sending multiple emails and making phone calls to inquire about my withdrawals, I have not received any response from Underdog Fantasy.

The contest rules are simple: you select five players and predict whether they will score over or under their projected points. To win, you need to get the points right for all five players. If any player has a red bar, it means you did not win. To win the corresponding dollar amount for your wager, all five players need to have a green bar. In my case, all three of my rosters had five players with green bars, indicating that I won the dollar amount shown in green below the roster.
