Dan at 1:29 PM to pick up an already filled prescription and they were closing for lunch. I asked if I could pick it up real quick because I am going out of town and I didn’t realize that they physically actually shut down for lunch because I’ve always been a Walgreens customer. My insurance changed and I guess they’re contracted with CVS, they told me no I could have my prescriptions transferred I’m dealing with a bit of bad infection in my jaw as well as pain which again I’m not asking anybody to care about but I don’t understand how no other pharmacy completely shuts down for middle of the day when people are having their breaks from work. Walgreens, Publix, etc. they all remain open I know nothing will ever probably, this and no one will
Desired outcome: I know no one will probably read this, but I will be switching my prescriptions back to Walgreens and even though they’re not contracted with optimum, I’d rather pay out-of-pocket and be able to get
