Ever since there has been a remodel to the store.. The service has been very poor.. Can not get them to answer the phone.. Can not get your prescription filled when they are supposed to be.. If your inside or outside drive through the lines are so long.. Not that you care but I am going to transfer to another drug store if this doesnt change... What are you wanting to me to do.. Post of picture of people standing in line.. This is crazy
Desired outcome: Get more help..its very badly needed..overall the store and staff are helpful..but you can not run a business without help..people complaining thru the line its sad that they have went down hill since the refub
CVS - Fax issue to medical office
Hello! I work at North Main Medical in Crossville, TN. We have reached out several times to CVS pharmacy here in town to let them know that we are not receiving electronic faxes.
Previous manager let me know that she has placed a work order to have the issue resolved. I called today and spoke with an angry New pharmacy manager, Meridith, who said that CVS did not care and that we should update our fax machine. She said she had already put in a work order this week as well. Although Meridith was terribly unprofessional and was yelling at me, I would just like to get this issue resolved ASAP so our patient's are able to receive their medications.
Please send someone out to fix their hard fax ASAP as patients can not get their medications unless we are able to receive faxes letting us know a prior auth is required.
Desired outcome: Resolve fax machine issue at Crossville CVS location.
