My names Jilacow Alasow Nuur my ID player [protected] I'm 1xbet VIP player account years later I win 1xbet casino jackpot over 100k then department security team ask documents then I send all documents required ask me my my passaport and my national iD card my mobile operator link profile. Then your respond said. There is no believe this account belongs you. Really I wonder your respond because 1xbet player name and my passport full name is same only not same D.O.B and P.O.B which mistakly eror quiqly regstred when profile fill fields but my full name and other datails is same passaport also accounts gaming connect my phone number also my Gmail . When I try to proof my account belongs me not respond and never responed 15 February untill now my complaint. See attachment proof.
