I deposited ₹2,000 into my 1xBet account using PhonePe two days ago, but the amount has still not been credited.I have reached out multiple times through the payment query section and live customer support. Every time I contact support, I only receive generic template responses. When I followed their instructions to create a formal deposit request, the system simply directed me back to contact support again, creating a frustrating loop.This issue has been ongoing for over 48 hours with no resolution or meaningful assistance. I am now left with no choice but to escalate the matter by filing formal complaints against the platform.
