I am writing to report an issue regarding a UPI transaction that was marked as successful from my side, but the ₹10,000 amount has still not been credited to my gaming ID.

i rasied a query on 17th may 2026 , It has now been more than 4 days, and neither has the amount been credited to my ID nor refunded to my bank account. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve the issue at the earliest.
