I am submitting a formal complaint against 1xBet regarding the non-payment of my deposit and winnings.

My Registered Email Address: [protected]@gmail.com
I am contacting and submitting this complaint from my registered email address associated with the gaming account.
Despite providing all required verification documents from my registered email, including:
My bank statement
A copy of my National ID card
A selfie for identity verification
All other requested documents
I have fully cooperated and complied with every verification requirement. However, 1xBet has still failed to release both my deposited funds and my legitimate winnings.
Even after completing full verification and sending emails from my registered account, my funds remain unpaid without any clear explanation. This is unfair, unjustified, and a serious violation of customer rights.
I respectfully request an urgent investigation into this matter and immediate assistance in recovering my funds.
I am prepared to provide all supporting documents again if required.
