On October 11, 2024, I made a deposit of 6300 Russian Rubles to my 1xBet account. My player ID: 842905331. The payment was successfully deducted from my bank account/card.
The funds never appeared in my 1xBet balance. I immediately contacted support and received payment request number: 321947. Support told me to wait.
It is now April 15, 2026 — more than 18 months later. My deposit of 6300 RUB has still not been credited. I have contacted 1xBet support multiple times during this period. They either give generic responses ("please wait", "we are checking") or stop replying. They have never provided a resolution.
My account is fully verified. I have provided all transaction confirmations, bank statements, and screenshots showing the payment was completed on my side.
This is not a withdrawal issue — this is my own deposit that 1xBet took but never credited. I simply want the 6300 RUB added to my account balance, or a full refund to my original payment method.
