CVS Pharmacy giving me wrong cover no dial asthma inhaler

They keep giving me a cheap plastic white cover with no dial on it after three times I had to go back to the store: I have COPD and my arbuterol inhaler is supposed to compe with a red /white cover that has a dial dose counter on it: they keep trying to give me the orange white one with no dose counter dial on it which hi illegal and wrong cause you can have an asthma's attack if you don't know how much is in the bottle, I had this happen to me three times and I have Togo back to this dam pharmacy I told them how wrong and dangerous and you can't see the dose with no dial and that I would seek an attorney and sue if they didn't stop giving me the wrong cover, and today it happened again I am now filing a complaint, they waiste my time my gas cause I got to return to the store, I'm tired of this gross negligence. My arbuterol even clearly states that it comes with a dose counter; what the hell is wrong with these people,

Desired outcome: Stop giving me the wrong cover for my inhaler and you owe me gas money for too many trips back to the store

CVS cvs in Petersburg Indiana

I have been trying to get centrum silver for 3 weeks plus other vitamins. The shelves are empty. I also have been going to dr. and i need gauze 2inch have not been able to get that for a month if not longer.The shelves by the pharmacy are a joke.We live in a small town we need these thing . This needs to be checked out by someone. The only thing I get from staff is CVS sends what they what every two weeks I have been told this 3 or 4 times.

CVS Pharmacy

Hello,
I looked on line and it stated cvs at lindbergh blvd accepts walk-in for the covid vaccination. I went in today saturday, may 15, 2021 around 11:15 am
I spoke with the male pharmacist and he told me they don't do walk-in for the shot. I pulled out my phone to show him what the website have listed. Then he changed his story to "he don't have enough shoots that I need to call after 5 to see if someone cancelled". I'm sorry but that is not a walk-in
The pharmacy department is always in all sorts of problems.

CVS Attitude and no caring towards patients

Your cvs on route 524, cocoa is the worst drug store i have ever ran into. They could care less about patients who are in need of their medication. They let u wait on the phone forever, they tell u they will deliver your medication the next day, it does not happen and when u call they say "sorry, but someone dropped the ball". Then i call your customer service to complain and cvs responds by they will deliver the next day and still nothing happens. When i call them they tell me it will be delivered on monday. I do not drive, i have a serious condition with my eyes, my doctor, himself, called and got the prescription for me but they told me to take a taxi and go get it. That is their attitude. They are horrible, non-caring, mean and could care less if u wait on the phone for 45' plus...Something needs to be done. This is the last time i deal with them, all my prescriptions will go somewhere else from now on.

CVS Customer service at drive thru window

Young lady was extremely rude when I came to drop off a script today. Did not listen to my answers and repeatedly asked the same questions when I answered her. Took her 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence because she was on her cellphone. Tgere were 2lanes. Neither had any cars. Drove up to, apparently the testing window. She instructed me to go to the other lane. I said there's no one behind me I just want to drop off a script. Wouldn't accept it and told me again to drive to the other lane. Not acceptable in any business. Completely unprofessional. CVS store located on Rt. 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ

CVS CVS Pharmacy Parker & Santa Fe, Olathe, KS

In my opinion, customer service at this pharmacy is horrid; it is staffed primarily by interns. For the past 7 days I have received texts that I had prescriptions for pick up. when I go, they are not ready. When I provide insurance information (3 times now) I am told I have to come back because they have to find a pharmacist to review. (This is how our system is, I was told.) I had already set in line for more than 30 minutes. I had no sooner left, than I was texted my prescription was "back in stock." The next day, I received a text they (again) needed insurance. I called and talked to an intern. I asked for a pharmacist, he assured me that altho he was an intern and had not passed his boards, he was the one I needed to talk with. He told me I had 2 ready (the same 2 I had been trying to pick up) and the other was $273. I asked why, did they put it thru insurance? He confirmed they had. I told him I didn't believe that was the correct amount. He assured me it was and to come pick the other two up. When I got to the pharmacy (again) I was met by a very rude man who said I was "intolerable, " that he was a real pharmacist and he declined to provide the prescriptions. He also declined to provide me with a list of my prescriptions to transfer. He said I could not transfer my prescriptions, only a "real" pharmacist could. (This was because I told via phone I wanted to talk to a "real" pharmacist.) He slammed the window in my face.I didn't deserve that. I have already transferred prescriptions (for a better rate), but CVS needs to train their interns in customer service, and revamp their texting system. They also need to have a licensed pharmacist on site at all time. It's ridiculous I have to make 4 - 5 trips to get a prescription. This was not an isolated incident.

CVS The rudeness in the store.

I went to CVS on Main and Court Sts in Marion, IL today, 5/10/2021. I'm not sure why, either.

I went there looking for masks. I went back to the pharmacy and was met with rudeness. I went to the front and asked, and instead of her helping me she just pointed and rudely stated "all our masks are right there!"

She then tried to get my phone number and said I wouldn't get the sales prices without it.

I told her this was the 2nd time I've had issues with CVS, and that I don't need the receipt. I won't be going back there!

CVS Complaint

I have been going to 2601 cvs on oakdale rd modesto ca 95355 to get my medicine for a awhile and today I experienced something very uncomfortable emmanuel is his name in modesto ca cvs2601 on oakdale rd modesto ca I was standing in line and I had been waiting over id say 5 mins meanwhile emmanuel come and says do you have a drop off medicine I said yes as he take my papers and begin to type he turn to the other person in line and starts helping him right in the middle of my transaction I did not understand why he would do something as such. It gets worse then he proceeds to help him then when I get my purse and walk over to the other side to see he proceeded to tell me he didn't appreciate me walking over there as if me standing in line wasn't the reason why I was there I do not like that this man is over my medicine who know what he will do because he sense power over medicine this a very sensitive subject for me because I had a pharmacist do this before and I got the wrong medicine and I really feel they did that out of spike. If you look on the cameras there you will see where he went wrong and I don't like that place every time I go in there I go for comfort of my medicine and with all this going on how could someone with that much power over medicine act like that I miss the old pharmacist there he had that place under control. Not emmaunel and I do not trust him period around my medicine no more and im sure others will agree you can feel the tention when you enter the place.

Desired outcome: i really feel corp needs to step in on this kind of power someone to show him there is someone always higher then him.

CVS Reference complaint #s3360472 dated april 22, 2021

I called [protected] with my complaint and spoke to Patrica, after giving her the facts of how rude and crazy the store manager was to me at the Cottonwood, AZ store on Hwy 260 was to me. I was told by her that a lady named Gail would be calling me the very next day, within 24 hours
that didn't happen. I AM STILL WAITING it is May 8.
The manager at this store abused me is not capable of waiting on the public much less managing. He would not give me his name. all your employees should wear name tag.

CVS 20% discount membership

Firstly, I don't frequent CVS. In 11/7/2020 I purchased a passport photo and was pitched a discount membership of 20%. I explained that I don't frequent CVS, they insisted and agreed that I could cancel anytime and to take the discount granted if I pursued it.

I asked them to reassure me that it would be an easy cancellation and they promised I'd get an email and can do it through that. The email NEVER offered a way to cancel. It had in fine writing a phone number which I used to cancel on 11/8/2020, the very next day. The recurring charges stopped and I was not billed 12/20.

On 1/2021 I started to get recurring billing for the same amt $5 from CVS. This is a new charge. However, it can't be charged as FRAUD because I gave them my credit/debit card in the past (similar to civil law - you give them the keys, they come in, rob you, you can't charge them for criminal activity! So, knowing the POS Merchant laws that leave a back door open for such actions, they and many other merchants, even if there were a dispute victory granted to you, that SAME merchant can charge your card anytime they want and it would NEVER be deemed as fraud. It can only be a dispute and that's "IF" you catch that charge which is why they are preying on customers like myself. This is an overall systemic issue nationwide with many merchants victimizing their customers. WATCH YOURSELF!

CVS Your customer service is lacking hire real people to answer the phone

I have been having on going issues with CVS I had 3 calls in to corporate for over 2 weeks and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. I call my local CVS pharmacy have been put on hold for more than 30 minutes and no one eve picked up. My Daughter is on one specific birth control pill ... and every quarter they do not have it. why? can they not order enough so they don't run out?

The store in Ambler the bathroom is a disgusting. No hand soap no paper towels and how do they wash their hands without soap. Yes I have complained and NO it has not been resolved.

I hate your Custom Service. It is lacking. You can never reach a person. One day I was transferred 3 times and not one real human? why!

I got a covid test but could not log in to get my results. NO RESOLUTION TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!

I will not spend one more penny shopping at CVS outside of being capitated I am stuck with my prescriptions.
