CVS

I have called the CVS store in Flagstaff, AZ, at [protected], 7-9 times over the last 3-4 months and nobody answered the phone at the front of the store.
We have a Walgreens, Walmart and Target here and they always answer their phones.
It seems to happen more in the late afternoon until closing.
For this reason I have started shopping more at Walgreens.
I just do not understand this.
