CVS - Bad customer service

On June 1 at approximately 9:00am, I called the number for the covid vaccine information 'desk' at the Keaau, HI. Long's/CVS. From there I was informed that walk-ins for the covid vaccine were welcome and that the Johnson & Johnson vaccine was available.
On June 3 at approximately 9:00am I went to the Long's/CVS in Keaau to sign up for the J&J covid vaccine but was told by the woman at the covid vaccine counter there to presumedly "help" with signing in for covid vaccine, that the J&J vaccine was not available so I said I would be agreeable to have the vaccine they did have. (Bad information, no J&J, part one.)
The woman then asked for my Medicare card and as she was inputting my information into the computer, she began to chatter on about how people (me) walk in and expect to be treated before people who have appointments. (NO mention of an appointment being necessary or even suggested was in the pre-recorded message from Monday's inquiry. Bad information part two.) She actually said, "Like I can go to the doctor's office and expect to be treated without an appointment." At that, she and her 3 female associates behind her laughed out loud. I was floored. At first, I didn't think the woman was talking about me so I wasn't really paying attention to her ravings but then, she added, "The definition of 'walk-in' is 'you wait.'" At that point, I was embarrassed, humiliated, angry... but remained quiet and calm. But she didn't stop there. After she and her band of merry cohorts had another laugh at my expense, she continued with her diatribe. She was 'working' at the computer and facing forward at the counter so in essence she was facing me! I was the only customer there at the time so no doubt who she was talking about. She was talking like I wasn't even there or was deaf and/or stupid... or like her mask was preventing me from hearing her insults and taunts though she was speaking loud enough for her 'friends' behind her to hear... and respond with laughter! She ended up 'finding' an opening for me for an hour and 45mins. later which I agreed to and I left (and hour and 45 mins later even though I was the only customer there! Seemed as though she was making me wait on purpose... as a 'welcomed walk-in customer.
Upon further reflection, I didn't go back... and I never will. Your employees are more that just rude! They are disrespectful, insulting, mean spirited, and most unprofessional!
Far from your business 'welcoming walk-ins, ' as the pre-recorded message said, some of your employees are wholeheartedly unwelcoming! After more that ten years doing business with that pharmacy, I will never go into a Long's/CVS again... and with many other options, I know I will never have to thank Heaven. Your company apparently has such low standards for employee behavior I'm surprised that you're still in business. I guess the covid pandemic has forced your company to take what you can get. As a 68yr old educated professional, I would never have allowed that kind of behavior in any of the businesses I was involved with. I have never been treated with such rude, disrespectful, insulting, and inexcusable behavior in my life. I can't help but wonder how YOU would have reacted!
You ask what outcome I would like to see but I think you can figure that out for yourself... if you even care. At this point, seeing how you have no customer service department at your actual locations or anyone at those locations to account for employee (bad) behavior, AND you make it difficult to even register a complaint, I don't think you care what customers have to say.
I had to struggle not to curse during the course of this writing. It seems I have more respect for you than you do for your customers!
