There seems to be a pattern here with my trying to get a refill done when my current CVS prescription clearly indicates having one viable refill left - yet the automated phone system calls my doctor to have them renew a new one. This has happened many times with me and with my spouse and some of her meds as well. My current script that actually had 1 refill left showed that the refill was good till January of next year. Actually your automated phone system is about the absolute worse of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I've discussed this and other automated phone issues with staff at my local CVS pharmacy but they direct me here.
Desired outcome: fix your automated system or better yet - fire the idiot that designed it
