My wife went into the CVS at 6401 Precinct Line Rd, North Richland Hills to have some prescriptions filled. They filled something called Adavair, which she did not want. They gave it to her anyway, charged her $25.00. She immediately took it back and said she did not want this, and they said she could not return it because she had been exposed to covid. It was never opened! What kind of money-making scam is CVS involved in?
Desired outcome: a refund of $25.00
Never take anything away from the pharmacy that you do not want. They can't take anything back. It is a safety issue. Nothing to do with COVID-19. It is a liability issue. If somebody else was to use that medicine and have been tampered with the store could be sued.
I felt and responded the same with Walgreens
