I had 2 prescriptions for my mother through hospice. I was told they needed more time -15 min. 20 min later, they called my name only to tell me they could only fill one. They could do a partial on the other. Clearly I needed it, so I said yes. They decided they did not feel like doing it, so she came back 5 min later and said "are you sure.. You haved the tablets" (it was phenergen... Some tabs some suppositories, depending on her level of nausea and if she could keep down the tablet). I said forget, I will fill it somewhere else. Then they proceed to tell me that they are going to charge for the tablets. I repeated that they should be no charge. But they had no hospice info. Even though the hospice called it in. It is not the amt of money, it is the lack of ability to do the one service you are supposed to provide... Accurate prescriptions to those who need them. You have failed.
