My doctor called in prescription Monday October 14, I spent 17 minutes on hold on Wednesday but October 16 was told it was ordered and wouldn't be in until Monday October 21 or to check other pharmacies which I did. it is now October 23 and after holding for another 24 minutes now I'm told it won't be in until Monday October 28.… I was also told this may happen next month if they run out.. I cannot start and stop this medication to do so may cause seizures it should not take 2 weeks to order medication! Ever since CVS took over there are always issues I am so disappointed that because of insurance I have no choice but to use CVS. I am contacting my doctor next.

I have been trying to get my 90 day supply prescription filled at the cvs pharm. on GarnersFerry road in Columbia SC for the last 2-weeks. I have valid insurance through
caremark. Caremark has called and talked to CVS several times and they will only say they can't fill it because they are out of the medicine, or that the insurance was declined, or that it want go through. I'm just thankful that this isn't heart medicine or I would be DEAD by now. I'm through with CVS, will take my medical needs to Wallgreens and have a nice day. CVS has been the worst pharmacy that I have dealt with since I went on prescription medicine, period.

I shop here often for the deals an rewards or sales or with my coupons to get a good bit at a time, as they know I make basket for homeless, women shelters an needed ppl I go there an it make take a min to get Everything I need an they assist me An are so patience I never felt so good knowing I'm spending my money somewhere where the staff actually care! There is a heavy set store manager that makes me feel very uncomfortable. He keeps on looking at my behind and breasts. And has a fresh mouth. This has happened on many occasions. I love using the Cvs App for convenience and sales, but the Pharmacy staff either doesn't know how to process the transactions, or there is a problem with the system itself. Each and every time I use the app to lock up prescriptions the register freezes and it takes a long time for them to process my order. This has happened many many times. The staff has difficulty using the system.

Caremark's mail order and speciality drug departments do not talk to each other. Drugs that are speciality one year are regular the next. My doc sends electronically and calls in, they have record of call but no prescription.
It took 6 phone calls to get drug started and after 3 phone calls I am still trying to get it renewed.
Customer reps are generally very pleasant but can't do anything.

Sept 2019 — cvs is turning into a very aggravating, annoying, advertising [censored]! I am sick of register tapes 6 feet long of crap I will never use! Hey cvs, have you ever heard of conservation? It takes 3 trees a day for all your annoying receipts just in the calallen store! What happened to just picking up one's prescriptions? Today, I couldn't just sign the electronic screen and get my prescriptions without having to be aggravated and held up by answering questions about flu shots and if I want cvs to turn my prescriptions into 3 month prescriptions! That is what doctors are for! Have you ever considered that the line would not be out the door if you would just give us an express checkout?!? Do you ever think about the sick patients that have to wait in the line? I can't even call cvs without being bombarded with questions about the flu shot, then my birthday, so they can look up my account! Yet another lie, when a pharmacy tech answers, they have no idea who I am and ask for my birthday again! Cvs, be a breakout pharmacy! Put in an express pharmacy line, whereby, we patients can get prescriptions without stupid questions and a receipts are for prescriptions only! The line will go fast for sick patients and disabled people that cannot stand in the lines!

Switched my meds to CVS. Went to pick up was told, " well we are a small pharmacy and usually deal with local regulars" Since then my script has been on HOLD for 2 weeks! Funny thing is I know several other patients that have picked up the same medication you refuse to fill for me in last 2 weeks. Guess because I'm not " a regular" ! Each week you send an electronic coupon. This week it was for 40% off a healthcare product. I was told I could not use it to purchase an acne cream as that was not considered a healthcare product. Except for the exceptions listed on the coupon, how would one know what qualifies as a "healthcare product"? I think you owe it to your customers to be more explicit about what qualifies for discounts.
