CVS

This pharmacy has lost my son's scrips on multiple occasions. We are even reassured by various pharmacy employees that something would be filled and then the do not fill it. It is absolutely crazy. I don't understand how it can be run this poorly... We waste so much time trying to make sure something would get filled. We have had to have our doctor call I scrips multiple times and evidently they don't log these in... What kind of controls does cvs have?
