Piece of Cake Moving

This company is awful, I endured damages to my vehicle after an aggressive and rude driver for this company merged into my vehicle. He did not want to let me in so I yielded and his truck collided with mine midway showing his purposeful merge onto me. When I pulled up next to the driver and showed him the damage to pull over he laughed and shrugged. I had to call 911 and have them pull him over for me for the information exchange. The companies insurance reported that even after all that the driver was denying the accident. Which is insurance fraud by definition. The camera shows my car in view with no damage, then the police pulled us over and saw the damage to my vehicle. And when I called the company he still had not reported the incident and the managers had to ask him about it. I tried to report this negligence and both operations managers, Irena and Ivo tried to gaslight me by saying the driver didn’t know he hit me, even after all of that. He violated VTL 600 1a, and they tried to offer me a 200 dollar settlement for almost 1k in damages. This company hires neglectful workers, does nothing about it, and is rude to the people who try to report the employees that give this company a bad look. The negligent driver is still employed, so imagine what would happen to your belongings. I will never use their services after this experience.
