CVS - expected pick up time of prescription

I drop a prescription refill off yesterday(Thurs 10/31). I told the young man at the window no rush, it's not due for refill until tomorrow, Friday(11/1). I log into my account at the website this morning @ 11. The status says call in for refill. I thought that odd since I gave instructions to the guy previously. So I waited until 1PM, and checked again. Said the same thing. Ok, strange but whatever. I call in and spoke to the manager of the pharmacy, Barachi or Parachi. She asked me when I'd like this filled, I told her a few hours. She specifically replied "sure, no problem". Great all set. Wrong. 5 hours later it's 6PM. The status says "In Process" at the website. Umm, what's going on. I call the pharmacy, it's take 20 mins to get someone on the phone. The lady stated Barachi/Parachi scheduled the refill for tomorrow(Sat 11/2). I asked why, of course she didn't know. Knowing I was less than happy, she filled the script in less than 10 mins. I drive over there to pick it up inside the store. I asked again for the story, the two pharmacy techs couldn't(or wouldn't)answer. Point is, Barachi/Parachi decided to play God and change the refill time w/out my approval. No call, text, nothing. And of course Barachi/Parachi left for the day already. I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior at this CVS. Especially considering she's the manager. I've already called the complaint/feedback line. If there is a manager training or refresh course, she needs it. Or at the very least, someone needs to remind her she has no right to change instructions already agreed upon. In other words, lady, you ain't God. Loose the chip on your shoulder.
