I presented to this pharmacy on 11/18/2019 to pick up a prescription for hypertension that had been called in 4-5 days prior only to find that it was on backorder. The pharmacy had not bothered to notify me that this medication was out of stock. While there, I observed the phones ringing and no one answering and there was 6-7 staff present. On 11/20/2019 I attempted to contact this pharmacy by phone. I held on for approximately 15 minutes before calling the front end of the store to ask that they go have the pharmacy staff pick up the phone, held on approximately another 10 minutes, still no pick up. I then called back to the front store to ask again that someone have the pharmacy staff to pick up the phone. I am new to CVS from SHOPPERS as a pharmacy customer and I have to say, this pharmacy is the WORST that I've ever encountered. I will definitely be seeking my pharmaceutical needs elsewhere.
CVS - the phone in refill request for medications.
The pharmacy changed to a new phone in refill request about 3 months ago. This new system had not worked properly since being implemented. After using the system and then going to pick up your meds, staff say no record of refill request. They admit to on-going complaints re: to above but have not done anything to resolve the problem. This is a inconvenience to customers as you have to wait or return to pick up your medications. Also you receive a text after you pick up your meds saying your meds are ready. I hope immediate action will be taking re: above. Customers have been inconvenience long enough with no resolution on sight. Thanks in advance for your immediate action to this matter.
