Been with cvs pharmacy for many many years, I have never been treated so unprofessionally or rudely. I hate complainers!, but can't let this one go. I'm pretty sure i'm not the only one who has had issues with this person, she had no problem with her behavior and it seems no one else did. That this person is allowed to behave the way she did to a customer is wrong.
Nadine, i'm assuming a pharmacy tech, was not at all happy that I was frustrated with my third return to get my rx's right. I tried to explain to her why I was frustrated but she could have cared less she snottily told me he'd help me next register. She did that twice. I requested the pharmacist to talk to and requested nadines name. She grabs her name tag and sticks it out and says "here's my name make sure she spells it right". As i'm talking to pharmacist, who by the way was condescending, "i'm her for you, I want to make you happy", nadine is glaring and laughing while helping other customers. I have to say no one really cared but the level of unprofessionalism and embarrassment I felt to be treated that way almost had me in tears. She's in a pharmacy where people are sick one way or another, she has no idea what people are dealing with. I had gone in not once, not twice but 3 times, and it still not right, and they all seemed bugged I was frustrated. I will say also that i've had issues there since i've transferred my rx's, more times than not they haven't been right, but even that has been ok. I might be missing something here but i'm thinking not the job for nadine. When you think of the thousands of dollars you spend with a company and you are watching a behavior that's not ok and no ones doing anything about it, cvs, i'm out!
