1xBet review: Withdrawal issue due to AstroPay deposit method 1

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue I am facing with withdrawing funds from my 1Xbet account. I had deposited money into my account using AstroPay; however, I am now unable to withdraw the funds because 1Xbet platform requires withdrawals to be made via the same method used for deposit.

Unfortunately, 1xbet does not support the withdrawal facility of astropay, which has left me unable to access my own money. This situation is causing me significant inconvenience and financial stress.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter. I believe it is the responsibility of the platform to ensure that users have a fair and accessible way to withdraw their funds.

I have attached the screenshot of all possible method of withdrawal money but astropay option is not available.
